How are you going to do this?
Simple! Once we get 30,000 members on the site we can get advertising money. With this we can then pay off one member's Uni tuition fees – Up to a maximum of £10,000!
Yeah right! You're just doing this so that you can get a load of members and make a ton of cash!
NO. This is NOT a one off. Think about it! The more members we get, the more money we can get, the more students we help and we aim to help as many students as we can! That's what StudyVox is all about. Different hey?
Why are you doing this?
We are not like other networking sites – There is a lot of money that a site like this can generate from advertising and we are committed to giving something back!
What's the catch?
There is no catch apart from the fact that we need 30,000 members to make this happen and pay the first student's uni tuition fees! People join random groups on sites like Facebook and find it hard to make a difference or get anything in return. It's different here.
But you're a business, how do you make your money?
Yes we are a business and we take a percentage of the advertising revenue too! We have to pay our staff (80% are students, see the StudyVox team page) who work for the site, and for marketing to let all the students know!
What do I have to do?
Simply join StudyVox, have some fun, connect with other students and wait to see if it's you that wins! If you don't the first time round, don't worry, we WILL be doing it again!
How do I know you mean business?
Because we believe in giving something back! Also we believe that we are the very first social networking site dedicated to setting up a charitable foundation that will receive a percentage of our advertising money to be used to help students across the world!
Other networking sites don't do that do they!
What else is the site for?
Sign up and have a look! You can network through schools and colleges, join groups, watch videos, share photos and get involved in all things studenty! There is a radio station coming soon and student support and advice on Universities and student life! Keep an eye on the site, new things are added all the time. The more people who join the more student tuition fees we can pay, and the more we can give back in a million different ways!
